Certified rope-access technician · Aerial works specialist · Since 1985

“Making safety invisible so emotion can take centre stage.”
— Marc Bizet, founder of MBTA

Biography

Marc Bizet founded MBTA in 1985, driven by a passion for alpine techniques and their application to live performance. Trained at the École Boulle (Paris), he developed unique expertise at the crossroads of artisanal craftsmanship, safety engineering and artistic creation.

Certified rope-access technician, he has trained the Paris fire brigade (BSPP), the GIGN (French special forces), and worked on exceptional sites including the Louvre Pyramid and the Palais Garnier opera house.

Each harness is entirely hand-sewn in his Montreuil workshop (Paris), after deep study of the artist's morphology, costume and technical environment. No standard model — only bespoke solutions.
